Mr. Comfort is an innovative thinker and established executive with fifteen years' experience leading teams and achieving business goals. He is an expert in evaluating, creating, growing, and sustaining high performing teams. Mr. Comfort's core competencies include strategy design and development, P&L management, employee coaching and development, development of strategic partnerships, and influence and working with legislative and regulatory policies. Most recently, as the CEO of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia, Mr. Comfort and his team achieved unprecedented growth and market share. Mr. Comfort has a pending Ph.D. in business, master's degree from Harvard University, and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Kafentzis, an accomplished business owner with an emphasis in business operations and management, has more than twenty five years of experience in business development and design, international sales and marketing, and new product development.
With hundreds of employees, Mr. Kafentzis has managed over a $100 million in sales. Mr. Kafentzis is a successful motivational expert for high performance and team leadership. Mr. Kafentzis holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Sociology with a minor in criminology from The University of Hawaii at Monoa.
Mr. Krumland is a serial entrepreneur (starting at age 12) with an extensive background in managing and marketing. Using his 13 years of leadership experience, he specializes in online marketing strategies with an emphasis on graphic design to grow his current companies. Mr. Krumland concentrates on building opportunities with passive income in order to focus on his roles as a father and a pastor at his church.
VP of Business Development
Mr. Webb, a business development consultant with more than 20 years' executive and senior management experience, specializes in the organization and business development of startups and emerging companies with an emphasis on financial modeling, new product development, strategic planning, and sales and marketing. Additional skill sets include capital acquisition, corporate governance, training, technical writing, marketing and copywriting, and sales team development (e.g., recruiting, training, sales systems, etc.). Mr. Webb also has more than 20 years' combined experience in the financial services and risk management arenas including insurance, securities, business valuation, and commercial appraisal. Mr. Webb holds a Professional Diploma from the U.S. Department of Energy and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and an MBA from Western Governors University.
VP of Sales
Mr. Tarver's experience in the direct sales industry spans over the last four decades. Vaughn's career includes everything from being a distributor to ownership, in addition to serving as a vendor to the industry for twelve years. It has been his honor to serve as the "Master Distributor" to four companies and sit on multiple boards. Vaughn's passion is helping people change the quality of their lives and working together as a team to build an empire.
Mr. Halladay has more than 20 years of experience in corporate America, mostly in software and education sales management. Justin's expertise lies in relationship building, a core of network marketing. Justin started in network marketing 2011 and made the jump from his corporate job into networking full time in 2013. He brings a solid work ethic, drive, and determination to the leadership team. Justin is committed to seeing every VIP reach their maximum potential. In fact, Justin likes to tell the field he is addicted to their success!
